3. The air pressure is too low: increase the air pressure;

4. The focus is too high: reduce the focus.

Problem 2: The burr on the bottom surface is similar to molten slag, which is drip-shaped and easy to remove

1. The feed rate is too high: reduce the feed rate;

2. The air pressure is too low: increase the air pressure;

3. The focus is too high: reduce the focus.

Problem 3: crater

Reasons and corresponding solutions:

1. The air pressure is too high: reduce the air pressure;

2. The feed rate is too high and low: increase the feed rate;

3. The focus is too high: reduce the focus;

4 Overheating and impure materials for embroidered or processed workpieces on the surface of the plate: use high-quality materials.

Problem 4: The metal burrs on the bottom surface are difficult to remove

4. The focus is too high: reduce the focus.

Problem 5: There are burrs on only one side of the cut of the sheet

2. The nozzle opening is defective: replace the nozzle.

Problem6: The cutting surface is not precise

Reasons and corresponding solutions:

1. The air pressure is too high: reduce the air pressure;

2. The nozzle is damaged: replace the nozzle;

3. The nozzle diameter is too large: install a suitable nozzle;

4. Poor material: Use materials with a smooth and even surface.

Problem7: the cutting surface texture is very rough

Reasons and corresponding solutions:

1. The focus is too high: reduce the focus;

2. The air pressure is too high: reduce the air pressure;

3. The feed rate is too low: increase the feed rate;

4. The material is too hot: cool the material.

Question 8: The workpiece is not cut through

Reasons and corresponding solutions:

1. Wrong selection of processing gas: If this problem occurs, immediately press the pause button to prevent molten slag from splashing on the focusing lens;

Oxygen should be used as the processing gas;

2. The feed rate is too high: reduce the feed rate to increase the power;

3. The power is too low: increase the power.

Second, the possible defects and solutions when laser cutting stainless steel are as follows:

Problem 1: stainless steel slag

1. Corner dregs

Solution: round the corners, lower the focus, and increase the air pressure.

2. The whole stainless steel hangs hard slag

Solution: reduce the focus, increase the air pressure, and increase the cutting nozzle;

The focus cannot be too low, and the air pressure cannot be too high, otherwise it will cause delamination and rough surface.

3. Cut the whole stainless steel and hang granular soft slag

Solution: Increase the cutting speed and reduce the power.

4. Dregs on the section at the end of cutting

Solution: Check whether the gas source has insufficient supply or insufficient flow.

Problem 2: The cross-section has very large lines, diagonal lines

Solution: reduce the power, reduce the speed, move the focus position down, and reduce the air pressure.

Problem 3: The bottom traction line of the oxygen cut carbon steel is greatly offset, and the bottom notch is wide

Solution: reduce the feed rate, increase the power, increase the air pressure, and reduce the focus.

Problem 4: glitches appear

1. There are burrs on only one side

Solution: center the nozzle or change the nozzle.

2. Irregular filamentous burrs are produced on both sides

Solution: increase the feed rate, lower the focus, increase the air pressure, and cool the material when the material is overheated.

3. Produce small regular burrs like drips

Solution: Too high focus, reduce the feed rate.

Question 5: Material is discharged from above

Solution: If this problem occurs, immediately press the pause button to prevent molten slag from splashing on the focusing lens, and then increase the power;

Decrease the feed rate and decrease the air pressure.

Problem 6: rough cut

Solution: If the nozzle is broken, replace the nozzle directly; if the lens is dirty, the lens needs to be cleaned, and if it cannot be cleaned, replace the new lens.
